5 things that will define Wales' Euro 2016 journey

Despite a loss to Portugal on Wednesday night finally ending their Euros run, The Dragons have shown incredible quality and passion. This was the first major international football tournament they have qualified for in over 50 years and the first time they have ever reached a semi-final at a major tournament. They always had hopes of success but nobody expected they would do quite so well, weddings have been missed and rearranged as a result. Many believed it could be their first final but unfortunately for the Welsh supporters it wasn’t meant to be; despite their singing hoping for the contrary, it’s time for them to head home. Regardless, the team and their fans have every reason to be proud. You don’t have to be Welsh either to appreciate their performance this summer so we took the opportunity to have a look back at the whale of a time they’ve had.
