Already starting off as an outside shot to win this year’s Euros finals, things were looking grim for Portugal when star man Cristiano Ronaldo went off injured early on into the first half. Ronaldo’s teammates however, were obviously not going to give up without a big struggle; having made it so close to winning in the past, only to fall at the very end. Could anybody have predicted though that it would be ex-Swansea-flop, now-Portugal-hero, Eder to break the stalemate? Ronaldo says he foresaw it, the internet didn’t but they certainly enjoyed it (unless maybe you’re a French fan, PARDON).
Sanches off for Eder will go down as one of the most pathetic substitutions off all time

Eder, a man with zero goals in 13 Swansea appearances, goes and wins #Euro2016 for his country. Some world we live in, folks.

Leicester win the PL.
Hal Robson-Kanu scores the best goal of Euro's.
Eder scores the winning goal in the final.
Yeah, ok then.

Just been reminded that Eder wasn't good enough to come on for the Swans when we lost to Oxford Utd in the FA Cup 3rd round in January.
