We’re living in a time where more and more countries or football bodies are adopting measures such as preventative stadium bans, forcing entire supporter groups to disband, issue travel bans for a whole fanbase or they impose national fan ID cards on all supporters.
Only all too often, these measures are suggesting that all fans are a problem, they are imposed without sufficient evidence presented and/or without complying with basic judicial principles, such as hearings of the accused or the presumption of innocence before proven guilty.
In the case of so-called nationwide administrative stadium bans, a measure imposed by police in several countries, there are figures that more than 60% of these banning orders don’t stand up when brought to court. And there is also a discussion to implement European stadium bans for football supporters.
It should not take more than 10 min to complete and would help a lot to take forward European supporter solidarity and action against inappropriate security measures and restrictions. FSE members and fans who complete the survey will get access to the survey results.

We’re looking forward to hearing from you! Deadline for the survey is 30 September 2016!
