This yellow shirt made such an impact on the people of Turin, it was bought back for the 2013/14 season – which concluded in the Old Lady winning the league.
They’ve all worn it – Platini, Baggio, Zidane and Andrea Pirlo. Decked out in the colour of Turin, this golden number is the charming younger brother of Juve’s iconic black and white stripes. Which incidentally were adopted from none other than the team where Sol Campbell spent the prime of his career – Notts County.
This kit was used during the 1984-85 season which saw Juventus winning the European Cup, with Michel Platini scoring in the final against Liverpool. Sadly, the match would never be remembered for who won it but by the 39 deaths and 600 injuries caused by the Heysel disaster.
