Main competition Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE COMPETITION

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the ‘Win a chance to Play The Dome’ prize competition (the ‘Competition‘) that is promoted on the ‘Copa90’ Twitter account (‘@Copa90’).

The promoter of the Competition is Bigballs Media Limited, company number 09794141, whose registered office is at 6th Floor One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB (‘Bigballs’).

By entering into this Competition entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

COMPETITION ENTRY

The Competition is only open to those with registered Twitter accounts.  Entry to the Competition is free, but each entrant will need access to the Internet in order to enter.  Only one entry is permitted per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted.

All entrants to the Competition must be aged 18 years or over, and by entering the Competition you confirm that you are eligible to do so.  Bigballs reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and reserves the right to disqualify any person that it knows is, or has reasonable grounds to believe is, ineligible for the Competition.

The Competition is not open to any person that is an employee of Bigballs or its group companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected to the Competition, including, but not limited to, any other company involved in the Competition. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.

Bigballs reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend all or any part of the Competition and/or revise these Terms at any time without notice. By entrants continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these Terms, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms. Any cancellation of the Competition will be posted @Copa90. It is the responsibility of entrants to keep themselves informed as to any changes to these Terms so all entrants should check @Copa90 frequently.

COMPETITION

In response to the tweets from Bigballs via @Copa90 announcing the Competition, entrants must tweet their predictions for the scores of the upcoming EURO 2016 football matches between the respective opening dates and closing dates set out below:

 

EURO 2016 FOOTBALL MATCHES

 

France v Romania:

OPENING DATE: 07:00 BST 10 June 2016

CLOSING DATE: 20:00 BST 10 June 2016

 

England v Russia:

OPENING DATE: 07:00 BST 11 June 2016

CLOSING DATE: 20:00 BST 11 June 2016

 

Belgium v Ireland:

OPENING DATE: 21:30 BST 17 June 2016

CLOSING DATE: 14:00 BST 18 June 2016

Entrants who correctly predict the score of a match shall be entered into the respective prize draw for that match, with the chance of winning entry to the competition promoted by Hyundai Motors UK Limited at the Play The Dome event in London on 19 June 2016 (the ‘Play The Dome Competition’), details of which can be found here – www.Hyundai.co.uk/fandome/Entrants are free to enter one entry for each match.  No entries made after the closing dates will be eligible.

PRIZE WINNERS

The winner of each prize draw will receive entry to the Play The Dome Competition.

Prize winners will be selected at random by Bigballs from all correct entries received.  In the event that no entrant correctly predicts the score of one (or both) of the matches, a winner shall be selected at random by Bigballs from all the entries that correctly predicted the winning team in respect of that (or those) match(es).

The prize draws shall be made the day following the respective closing date for entries for each match and the winners will be announced via Twitter on the same day.

All prize(s) are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Prizes are awarded conditionally upon acceptance by the winner of the prize. In the event that any prize winner fails to validly reply to a prize notification within 5 days of being notified of winning, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and Bigballs shall be entitled to select an alternative prize winner at random.  Bigballs’ decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into.

Winners must be available to attend the Play The Dome Competition in person on 19 June 2016 and acknowledge that entry into the Play The Dome Competition will be subject to separate terms and conditions found at http://euros.hyundai.co.uk/terms-and-conditions.html (to which each winner must adhere).

Winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Competition and the Play The Dome Competition.  It is a condition of entry that winners agree to their name and country of residence being made publicly available if they win.

LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, Bigballs, its group companies, agents or distributors accepts no responsibility or liability for any, damage, loss, disappointment, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) of any kind suffered by any entrant of the Competition, including as a result of any entrant taking up a prize and/or not winning a prize.

Bigballs shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations relating to this Competition where failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.

Bigballs accepts no responsibility for:

  1. incorrect or delayed entries, notices, acceptances related to the prizes; nor
  2. the unavailability or faults with the internet, related websites or software applications including technical, network, computer hardware or software failures of any kind which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of entries.

By entering the Competition, entrants agree to the collection, storage, usage and distribution of their personal information in order for Bigballs to process and contact you about your Competition entry.

GENERAL

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

The Competition and these Terms will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and entrants to the Competition submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 8TH GAME PLAYER COMPETITION

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE COMPETITION

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the ‘8th Game Player’ prize competition (the ‘Competition’) that is promoted at the Hyundai FanDome during the Play the Dome event on 19 June 2016 (the ‘Event’).

The promoter of the Competition is Bigballs Media Limited, company number 09794141, whose registered office is at 6th Floor One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB (‘Bigballs’).

By entering into this Competition entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

COMPETITION ENTRY

The Competition is open to United Kingdom residents aged 18 and above. All entrants must be fathers who are accompanied at the Event by their child. Entrants wishing to take part in the Competition must be in attendance in the audience of the Event and volunteer to take part in the Competition on stage, when prompted by the comperes of the Event. Four entrants will be selected at random from the audience to take part in the Competition.

The Competition is only open to Ticket Holders who attend the Event and entry is subject to the Ticket Holder complying with the Hyundai FanDome and Play the Dome Full Event Terms & Conditions, which can be found here http://euros.hyundai.co.uk/terms-and- conditions.html. Entry to the

Competition is free.

COMPETITION

The four selected individuals (individually, each a ‘Father’ and collectively, the ‘Fathers’) shall be divided into two pairs to take part in a game of Keepy Uppy.

The rules of Keepy Uppy will require each Father of the pair to take turns to kick a balloon back and forth with the aim of keeping the balloon off the ground for as long a period as possible using any part of their body except for their hands.and any part of their arms below the elbow.

The first Father of each pair to let the balloon touch the ground will lose the game and the remaining Father of that pair will continue to play a second game of Keepy Uppy with winner of the other pair.

The winner of this second game will be the winner of the Competition.

The Competition will be judged by the representatives of Bigballs who are hosting the Event.

PRIZE WINNERS

The winner of the Competition will receive entry to Play the Dome, a gaming tournament hosted by Bigballs on behalf of Hyundai Motor UK Limited at the Event, which, the winner agrees and acknowledges, will be subject to separate terms and conditions found at http://euros.hyundai.co.uk/terms-and- conditions.html (to which the winner must adhere).

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Competition and Play the Dome. It is a condition of entry that winners agree to their name being made publicly available if they win.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ‘PS4’ COMPETITIONS

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING INTO THE COMPETITION

These terms and conditions (‘Terms’) apply to the on-stage ‘PS4’ prize competitions and on-spot give-aways (together referred to as the ‘PS4 Competitions‘) that are promoted at the Hyundai FanDome during the Play the Dome event on 19 June 2016 (the ‘Event’).  For the avoidance of doubt, the PS4 Competitions do not include the ‘Live Streaming Competition’ and the ‘Play the Dome’ gaming tournament, which are competitions promoted by Hyundai Motors UK Limited and subject to separate terms and conditions.

The promoter of each of the PS4 Competitions is Bigballs Media Limited, company number 09794141, whose registered office is at 6th Floor One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB (‘Bigballs’).

By entering any of the PS4 Competitions entrants agree to be bound by these Terms.

COMPETITION ENTRY

COMPETITION

The PS4 Competitions will be held live at the Event.

The following definitions will apply to the PS4 Competitions and these Terms:

“PS4”, means a Sony PlayStation 4 games console.

“PES Game”, means the PS4 game entitled ‘Pro Evolution Soccer UEFA Euro France 2016’.

The PS4 Competitions shall include the following:

(i)         Entrants will be selected at random to take part in an on-stage live competition, hosted by representatives of Bigballs (the details of which will be confirmed by Bigballs’ representatives in advance of the relevant PS4 Competition commencing but which shall involve an element of skill), for the chance to win a PS4, together with the PES Game.  Winners shall be selected according to the rules of the relevant PS4 Competition.

(ii)         During the Event, Bigballs (or its representatives) shall randomly select Ticket Holders from the audience to each win one of 25 copies of the PES Game.

All PS4 Competitions will be judged by the representatives of Bigballs who are hosting the Event.

PRIZE WINNERS

Winners of the PS4 Competitions will be announced at Event and will be awarded their prizes by Bigballs (or representatives of Bigballs) on the same day.  All prizes are subject to availability and Bigballs reserves the right to substitute any or all of the prizes of the PS4 Competitions with one of equal or greater value at the choosing and discretion of Bigballs.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Competition and Play the Dome.  It is a condition of entry that winners agree to their name being made publicly available if they win.
