I’m the guy who shows up late to the football party with a train carriage full of beer and a plane freight full of snacks. I found my place in the society via football without knocking on the door twice. It’s the perfect icebreaker in any situation and due to that, it’s the only tool that I’ve used to become a social-outspoken-introvert, who shows his true-self in the light of the game. I want to be on the road to bring attention to Kenyan and African football as a whole and bring new angles of stories/storytelling in fields never before covered. It’s gonna be awesome! There’s no better platform to do that than at Copa90.

What is your favorite Copa90 video and why?

I’m torn between Eli Mengem’s Derby days and Poet’s/Vuj’s Comments Below.
Eli’s delivery is unrivaled. His presentation of stories has a maintained level of passion, scrutiny, fairness and a convincing sense of truth that is hard to find in mainstream media.

Comments Below is the only show that keeps me glued to the screen for 14 minutes with just two guys on couches talking. They’re hilarious and super gifted at improvising. A gift that not many have.

The cameramen and editors at Copa90 should be made lords.

What is the best football game you have seen and why?

The Champions League final between Manchester United and Chelsea in Moscow. I cried like a child when Van der Sar lifted the trophy and I missed my end of year high school exams for that moment. Totally worth it.

What is your favourite football snack?

I like savory things more than sugary stuff. So anything edible and salty.

Who is your footballing idol?

As with every Man United fan, Sir Alex Ferguson.
