Anuron is from Guwahati in India and his footballing allegiances lie with Northeast United and Manchester United. His goal is to showcase the Indian footballing revolution to the world.

I am Anuron, from India. I just finished my graduation in B.Tech Nanotechnology from Amity University. I hail from a beautiful city called Guwahati in the northeastern state of Assam,India. Apart from football, I do a bit of quizzing and acting. I represented my school and college in various quiz competitions and won many of them. But nothing can be compared to my passion for the beautiful game.

Football means everything to me. I have bunked classes for football, I almost flunked my exams for football and there are many other such stories. If I can be associated with the game of football, trust me when I say this, I wouldn’t want anything else in the world. I can talk football all the time. Hence, I believe Copa90 is different from other football channels on YouTube because of the fact that you guys see the game from the point of view of a fan.

What is your favourite Copa90 video and why?

My favorite Copa90 video is “The evolution of football- tactics through the ages”. This video gave me a in depth look into the history of tactical football. When I play manager mode in FIFA, I really like to experiment with tactics. I believe it’s tactics and temperament which separates great managers from good managers.

What is the best football game you have seen and why?

It has to be the first match of NORTHEAST UNITED FC against KERALA BLASTERS in the inaugural edition of ISL. The fact that I could support the team from where I am from made this match extra special. And a NORTHEAST win was just the cherry on the icing. The fans were unbelievable. The atmosphere was electrifying. It will always be one of the best moments in my life.

What is your favourite football snack?

Well any snacks does the job for me while I am watching a match because it is the match that really matters! But I will admit I like having “MOMO”. Momo is an Indian snack that can be chicken, mutton or pork along with ginger, garlic and onion that is put inside a bag of flour and it is then steamed. The snack is served with a mint and chilly chutney.

Who is your footballing idol?

Without a second thought, its David Beckham.
