Dan has been through thick and thin with his beloved Southampton FC, with his love for his club has never faltering. For all things Saints relatedc, be sure to follow Dan this season.

For me football started with Saints, continued with Saints and will always be with Saints. I started following properly after the move to St Mary's back in the early 2000s. From the heights of the Premier League, to the lows of the Championship, administration and League One, I've been there. The return of the club has been a journey of togetherness, home and away, on English and now European soil. As cliche as it sounds, football isn't just a game, it's a way of life.

What is your favourite Copa90 video and why?I always enjoy videos from the Derby Day series. I love learning about why the derbies come about because there's often more to it than football itself. The Sarajevo Derby stands out. Hopefully we'll see more South Coast Derbies in the near future!

What is the best football game you have seen and why?I could quite easily say the 3-2 comeback victory against Liverpool in the 15/16 season. We were seemingly down and out at 2-0 but the fans helped roar us on to victory in the second half. However, the 8-0 demolition of Sunderland in 14/15 was something spectacular, something you don't see very often, I'd even go as far as saying 8 was conservative!

What is your favourite football snack?I'm always armed with a tube of polos at a football match. I don't know why, but I always am!

Who is your footballing idol? Two number Seven's spring to mind. For any Saints fan Matthew Le Tissier is going to be up there, but for me Rickie Lambert just pips him to it. From League One to the Premier League, Lambert was immense, scoring loads of goals with the odd screamer. He had a great relationship with the fans and left on good terms. Whenever he returns to St Mary's he deservedly gets a hero's welcome.
