Twitter Terms and Conditions

COPA90 is the promoter ("Promoter") of this free to enter competition. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, all persons who post a valid photographic entry (complete with @COPA90 tag and competition hashtag) before the stipulated closing deadline will be entered into a free competition to win one of eight cases containing 24 cans of COPA90 Match Day IPA (the "Prize").

  1. The competition is open to anyone aged at least 18 years who is UK resident, excluding employees of the Promoter or any of its affiliated companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this competition. Winners will be required to give proof of age before any Prize is awarded.
  2. The competition begins once the initial competition announcement has been made and will end at 1pm on 11 July 2018 (the “Promotional Period”). Entries received after 1pm on 11 July 2018 will be invalid and will not be included in the Competition.
  3. Entries to this competition must be via Twitter. Entries can only be made by posting a photograph of your World Cup set-up on your Twitter feed, tagging @COPA90 with the hashtag #COPABEER. Entries that do not fulfil these criteria will not be considered valid. Only one entry permitted per person.
  4. During the Promotional Period two winners will be selected from all eligible entries received during the periods ending at 1pm on 20 June 2018, 27 June 2018, 4 July 2018 and 11 July 2018 (the “Competition Periods”). Winning entries will be decided by an independent third party on the basis of photos judged to be the most fun and relevant to the World Cup. Winners’ Twitter username will be posted on the @COPA90 after the winner has been selected.
  5. The Promoter may disqualify and, if applicable, remove from its social media sites entries, which meet any of the criteria below:
    1. Promoting excessive, irresponsible or underage consumption of alcohol;
    2. Use of offensive, obscene, pornographic, abusive, false, misrepresenting, defamatory, indecent or malicious content;
    3. The consumption of alcohol in an irresponsible manner;
    4. Anyone acting in a dangerous or irresponsible manner;
    5. Image represents a danger to health and safety;
    6. Inclusion of other brands;
    7. Inclusion of content to which the Promoter considers that someone else owns the copyright, without the requisite authorisations; and
    8. Any indecent or inappropriate imagery.
  6. Winning entries will be notified following the end of each Competition Period, firstly by tweet and then by direct mail to the winner’s Twitter account. In the event that any winner fails to respond to the Promoter to confirm its acceptance of the Prize within 24 hours, the Promoter reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to forfeit the Prize or select an alternative winner from the competition. In order to validate their entry, the winners are required to provide the Promoter with their full name, UK address and copy of a photo ID such as a passport or driver's license by email to an address specified by the Promoter. All winners acknowledge that the Promoter may pass their details to a third party for the purpose of validating and redeeming the prize. Prizes will be delivered to winners’ home addresses within 28 days of validation. A signature will be required upon delivery.
  7. The Prize is not transferable and there are no cash or other alternatives to the Prize offered. If, for any reason, the Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value.
  8. The promoter accepts no responsibility for late, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept and/or to remove any entries deemed not to comply with the terms as set out herein.
  9. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. By submitting your entry, you confirm that: you hold the entire copyright in the entry; you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use the entry in any promotional material and you have the express permission of the people featured in any photo to enter the photo into the promotion.
  11. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the Competition and/or review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without giving prior notice. By continuing to take part in the Competition subsequent to any revision of these Terms and Conditions, entrants shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.
  12. This Competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid by a court of law or similar, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  13. This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Twitter. Entries which do not comply with the terms of use of Twitter shall not be considered. For further information, see www.twitter.com/tos.  You are providing your information to the Promoter and not to Twitter. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes of contacting you in the event that you are drawn as a winner of the Competition.
