Almuth Schult (GER)

Germany’s number 1 between the sticks, Almuth Schult is no stranger to World Cup glory, having won the U-20 Women’s World Cup on home soil back in 2010. Schult has tasted similar success for the senior side, helping Germany to their first ever gold medal in Olympic football at Rio 2016. Almuth grew up on a farm and loves the chance to spend time with her family in the countryside when she can. Awarded Best Female Goalkeeper by the International Federation of Football and Statistics in 2014, Schult is an incredible shot stopper with a big personality - definitely one to look out for this summer.
